Carolyn Jane Milner, 93, of Camden, AR, passed away Monday, March 6, 2023 at Baptist Health Medical Center.  She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and retired from Arkansas Highway Department.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Orlen G. and Eva Lena Griffith Milner, and sister, Eloise Lansdell.

She is survived by her niece, Jean Vice of Rossville, GA; and her nephew, Brad White and wife, Holly of Southlake, TX.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Proctor Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Mt. Horeb Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church.
