Carolyn Davis, 84, died September 17, 2023.  She was born January 17, 1939, to Charles and Nellie McDonald.  Carolyn was a member of Lake Earling Baptist Church.  She worked as an LPN for many years.  She loved sewing and cooking, especially desserts!  She had a special love for children.  She served as a foster parent and hosted exchange students in her home.  She loved kids and animals!

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jane Dreher long with her husband, Claude. She is survived by a son, Tommy Randal Davis (Tammy); two daughters, Geovanna Cothern (Tony) and Alanna Fife (Rodney); seven grandchildren, Dillon Breithaupt (Hallie), Kile Cothern, Loren Davis (Heath), Taylor Fife (Virginia), Adrian Fife, Emily Fife and Gabrielle Fife; four great grandchildren, Konnor Davis, Kyleigh Hunt, Drake Schmit and Julian; a brother, Charles Wayne McDonald and a niece, Penny Lyons (Tommy).

Funeral services will be 2:00 Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Proctor Funeral Home followed by interment at Welcome Cemetery near Taylor, AR. Visitation will be at the funeral home 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m.
