Billy Ray Goshen was born September 15, 1959, to the late Minnie and Earvin Goshen in Chidester, Arkansas, and was known to everyone throughout Chidester as "Bo or Bo Didley".

Billy "Bo" attended Chidester School System and graduated in 1977 and attended Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, Arkansas.

Billy "Bo" worked at International Paper in Gurdon, Arkansas for 32 years and then Georgia Pacific for 5 years.

Billy "Bo" married Sharon Renix April 22, 1988, and to this union no children was born.

Billy "Bo" passed away December 24th, 2024 at 10:00 am at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Billy "Bo" is preceded in death by his parents, Earvin and Minnie Goshen; son, Billy Gordon; brothers, Billy Morris, Henry Goshen, Clifton Goshen, and Frederick Goshen; nephews, Ralph Fogle Jr., and Marcus Fears.

Billy "Bo" leaves to mourns his wife, Sharon Goshen; stepson, Kahlil Watkins of Hampton, VA; brother, Donald Ray Goshen of Gurdon, AR; sisters, Lois D. Fogle of Camden, AR, and Mary Fears (Arthur) of Chidester, AR; two nephews, who took care of Bo as his health was declining are Brian Goshen of Chidester, and James Welch of Little Rock, AR; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

A visitation will be held from 5:00PM to 8:00PM Friday, January 03, 2025 at Proctor Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be 11:00AM Saturday, January 04, 2025 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
