Billie Ratcliff, 88, of Camden, AR passed away on November 9, 2024. She was born on February 17, 1936 in Ogemaw, AR to Roma and Lula Mae Gatlin Baughman. She was a longtime member of the Bethel Temple Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed spending a lot of her time there. She also worked in the defense industry for thirty-five years. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren who she loved very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eugene Ratcliff; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Ratcliff; son, "Buddy" Elden Eugene Ratcliff; three brothers, Willie Baughman, Buddy Baughman, and Sam Baughman; four sisters, Mary Ellen Ramsey, Roma Mae Austin, Betty Sue Gage, and Francis Cupp; and a son-in-law, Bobby Marshall.

She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Lynn Marshall of Camden, AR; two granddaughters, Sherry Lynn Mann and husband Mark of Sparkman, AR, and Tiffany Lynn "Tip" Hearnsberger of Camden, AR; grandson, Zach Ratcliff Marshall of Camden, AR; three great-grandsons, Kyle Mann and wife Halle of Sparkman, AR, Jaden Hearnsberger of Greenbrier, AR, and Michael Terry of Camden, AR; two great-granddaughters, Kayla Carter and husband Brett of Sparkman, AR, and Ashlyn Terry of Magnolia, AR; four great-great-grandsons, Kanyon Carter, Gabriel Carter, Jacob Carter, and Alexander Hearnsberger; and a host of family and friends.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Silver Oaks and Arbor Hospice for the wonderful care they gave to Billie.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 12, 2024 from 6:00 - 8:00PM at Proctor Funeral Home.  Service will be Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM and will be held at Proctor Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Matt Castleberry and Sister Joyce Crain officiating. The interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
