Betty Sue Loe McClane, age 86; passed away peacefully at Silver Oaks surrounded by her family on June 30, 2024. Betty was born on April 15, 1938 in Bodcaw, Arkansas to the late Benjamin Franklin and Edith Irene Baker Loe. She retired from Pepsi Cola warehouse. She was a member of Cullendale Church of Christ for many years and was recently a member of Maul Road Church of Christ. Betty enjoyed cooking, singing, gardening and crocheting.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Boyce Parnell McClane; son Michael Kevin McClane; brothers, Frank Loe, Arthur Loe, Hurley Loe, Arvis Loe, Shorty Loe, Bit Loe, and Dalton Loe.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her son Morgan Kermit McClane (Lynn); daughter in law Karen McClane; grandchildren Joshua McClane (Jocelyn), Jacob McClane (Brittany), Austin McClane (Jennifer), Nathan McClane, Andrew McClane (Jessica), Stephanie McClane (Trey), Karin Burd (TJ); Great-grandchildren Kaeden, Jasmine, Judson, Olivia Grace, Olivia Jane, Jack and Eli, and many special nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the staff of Silver Oaks. They all loved their "Mamaw". And a special thanks to Keshia and Shelby from Silver Oaks. Also thank you to OCMC Hospice.

Funeral Services for Betty Sue McClane will be Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at 11 A.M, Proctor Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will begin an hour before the service at 10 A.M. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
