Betty Ruth Lawson, 72, passed away on February 16, 2025. She was born on April 30, 1952, in Camden, AR to David and Mamie Ruth Mitchell Lawson. Betty was very fond of music and could play several instruments. She was a big fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Dallas Cowboys. She enjoyed sewing and quilting. Betty enjoyed animals especially dogs. Her greatest joy was spending time with her Family and friends.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, David S. and Mamie Ruth Mitchell Lawson. She was survived by her brother, Bill Lawson and his wife, Janis of Hot Springs, AR; a cousin, Kathy Elliott Daniel of Camden, AR; and a host of family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
